Refund Policy for Youngsters of Hyderabad Youth Welfare Association (YOHYWA)
YOHYWA appreciates your commitment to our mission. Our refund policy ensures transparency regarding donations, event registration fees, and membership charges.
1. Donations
Donations made to YOHYWA are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed, and any decision made by YOHYWA will be final.
2. Membership Fees
Membership fees paid for programs or workshops are non-refundable. As these fees contribute directly to the development and implementation of our services, refunds are not available once the payment is processed.
3. Event Registration Fees
If YOHYWA cancels an event for which you have paid a registration fee, you may be eligible for a refund. However, if you choose to cancel your registration, no refund will be issued unless otherwise specified.
4. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and will be returned through the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Policy Changes
YOHYWA reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. We encourage users to check this policy regularly for updates.
