What is Phugat ki Chai?
"Phugat ki Chai" is the world's first revolutionary free-tea distribution initiative powered by women entrepreneurs. These entrepreneurs are empowered, incubated, funded, and operationally managed by the NGO Youngsters of Hyderabad Youth Welfare Association (YOHYWA).
We invite young, aspiring entrepreneurs to start and run a free tea distribution outlet under our esteemed and upcoming brand "Phugat ki Chai", as a registered franchisee.
Franchise Benefits & Earning Opportunities
1. Free Tea Distribution:
All ingredients required for free tea distribution will be supplied 100% free of cost to all outlets across the state on a weekly basis.
2. Sale of Bakery Items:
Bakery products, exclusively supplied by “Phugat ki Chai,” can be sold at MRP. These products will be billed at wholesale prices, leaving a healthy profit margin.
Estimated Revenue: Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 60,000 per day | Rs. 1,50,000+ per month.
Note: Payment will be auto-recovered via e-collection channels or cheque deposits.
3. Sale of Pickles & Spices:
Sealed pickle jars and spice powders will be supplied by our women-led partner brand "Amrutham’s Home Made Naturals" at wholesale rates, with a 30-day payment grace period.
Estimated Monthly Revenue: Rs. 9,000 to Rs. 90,000.
4. Ad Revenue Share:
40% share in advertisement and promotion revenue at outlets (after 6 months of operation).
Estimated Earnings: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 80,000/month
5. Family Welfare Benefits:
Free family health insurance (medical coverage).
Free education and scholarships for outlet owners' children.
6. Access to Government Subsidies:
Outlet owners may utilize applicable government schemes with full support and documentation assistance from our NGO.
7. Sustainability Package:
Performance-based monthly support of Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 50,000, applicable after 12 months of operation and strict adherence to policies, only incase of loses occurred even after implementing the business strategies guided by Team-Phugat ki Chai.
8. Marriage Support Package:
A one-time non-refundable financial support of Rs. 3,00,000 for the marriage of self, sister, or daughter (only after 16 months of successful operations).
9. SHG Group Membership:
Opportunity to join SHG-5 Lakh & SHG-50 Lakh Groups for settling high-interest debts (SHG policy adherence required).
10. Equity Shareholding:
Each outlet will receive 0.02% equity shares in “Phugat ki Chai” once it becomes a Public Limited Company.
11. Emergency Operational Support:
In cases of hospitalization, family emergencies, etc., “Phugat ki Chai” will manage the outlet temporarily until the owner returns.
12. Central CCTV Monitoring:
All outlets will be equipped with CCTV cameras, monitored centrally. Owners will also receive access to their outlet footage.
13. Performance-Based Incentives:
Various incentives will be discussed with registered franchisee aspirants based on performance.
14. Staff Support:
Support staff and daily wage workers can be provided on official payroll if required.
15. Free Compliance Services:
Free Chartered Accountant services for filing GST, Trade License, Food License, etc. (only services free; tax liabilities to be paid by the owner).
16. Free Electric Bikes:
Top-performing outlets (with daily revenue over Rs. 25,000) will receive free electric bikes for efficient home delivery services.
17. Family World Tours:
Annual world tour packages will be sponsored for the owners of the Top 10 performing outlets.
18. Awards & Recognition:
Opportunities for government and NGO awards, recognition, and certifications.
19. Lifetime Financial Security:
In case of the death of a well-performing outlet owner, 20% of net profit will be paid monthly to the nominee, for lifetime—even if the nominee does not participate in operations and resides anywhere in the world.
Donation Pledge:
All franchise outlets must pledge a monthly 10% of their net profit to NGO-YOHYWA, which will be used to further empower startups and strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Must be capable of investing up to Rs. 1,00,000 (includes:
Rs. 50,000 non-refundable deposit to Phugat ki Chai
Rs. 10,000 bank account opening deposit (Business Account / Current Account)
Rs. 40,000 towards rental advance & miscellaneous setup expenses)
Application & Selection Process:
1. Online Registration:
Click on Register Now, fill in basic details, and pay a one-time registration fee of Rs. 15,116
(covers stamp duty, logistics, and verification).
2. Site Verification:
Within 3-7 working days, an NGO-YOHYWA representative will visit your premises for verification and MoU signing.
3. Shop Finalization:
Post-verification, finalize and confirm your outlet space. The team will assist with government licensing, documentation, and business account setup.
4. Investment Deposit:
Pay Rs. 50,000 (non-refundable) through business account cheque to “Phugat ki Chai.”
5. NGO Pledge:
Our officials will make a pledge of Rs. 1,00,000 on behalf of the applicant to "Phugat ki Chai" within 15–30 working days.
6. Setup & Opening Ceremony:
The team will complete outlet setup and branding, and organize the grand opening ceremony within 3–7 working days.
7. Business Operations Begin:
The outlet becomes operational immediately after the ceremony. Phugat ki Chai’s support team will guide operations for the first 10 days.
