A Startup with a Vision
Unlike traditional fleet companies, Udan Cabs does not own vehicles. Instead, we invite business aspirants to attach their brand-new Tata X-Press T EV vehicles to our fleet and earn a fixed monthly rental of ₹40,000. Vehicle owners can either purchase outright or opt for EMI financing, but they bear the sole responsibility for timely EMI payments, independent of rental disbursements.

The Telangana Government’s zero road tax policy on EVs significantly lowers the financial burden for vehicle owners. This initiative provides a unique advantage, making the Udan Cabs model financially viable for new investors in the electric transport sector.
Financial Assistance for Entrepreneurs
For those facing financial constraints, YOHYWA’s SHG-5 Lakhs initiative offers funding support for the vehicle down payment. However, this funding is subject to structured repayment terms, deducted directly from the monthly rental amount to ensure ethical and transparent financial management.
Legal Compliance & Owner Protection

Limited Liability Protection: Vehicle owners are not liable for road accidents or third-party claims when their vehicle is under Udan Cabs’ fleet agreement.

End of Agreement Terms: Upon detachment from Udan Cabs, all legal responsibilities and liabilities revert to the owner.
