At Youngsters of Hyderabad Youth Welfare Association (YOHYWA), we refuse to let history repeat itself. We believe that real change is possible only when we move beyond assumptions and truly listen to the voices of the people—especially the youth, who are the pioneers of the future. This is why we have launched the WOW-SURVEY (Wonders of Wisdom), a large-scale, grassroots-level initiative to collect real, raw, and unfiltered insights from the young generation across various social, educational, and economic backgrounds.Unlike traditional surveys conducted in controlled environments, WOW-SURVEY takes a dynamic approach by reaching out directly to people in real-world settings—colleges, universities, workplaces, public gatherings, transit hubs like metro and railway stations, private organizations (in collaboration with HR teams), and even national-level summits, fests, and seminars where public engagement is high. By doing this, we ensure that we don’t just collect data from an elite, limited demographic, but rather from a diverse pool of individuals, capturing a holistic representation of the youth’s perspectives on social issues, career aspirations, government policies, and innovative solutions for a better society.
Our volunteers, who are the backbone of this initiative, actively approach people during their free moments—whether they are waiting at metro stations, standing in queues, or spending leisure time in public spaces—and invite them to fill out the survey conveniently on their mobile phones. No unnecessary paperwork, no tedious formalities—just a seamless and interactive process that allows every young mind to contribute to shaping the future. Additionally, individuals who resonate with our mission can also share the survey links with their friends, family, and communities through WhatsApp groups, social media platforms, and professional networks, expanding our reach exponentially.
